Description:
Scoregasm is an incredible, variety rich shooter with a non-linear, branching paths style galaxy to explore. It's pretty, accessible, fun and really rather good!

The game is set in a little galaxy made up of a network of different levels, which you progress through in a non-linear fashion, opening up new routes and levels depending on how well you play. There's multiple endings too!

Opinion:
I actually got quite addicted to this game for a few days and with so many levels and paths I was not without new content. It is rather enjoyable with its many very different levels and simplistic gameplay.

It all revolves around your combo meter, at low levels the higher you go the better weapons you have but getting up to the maximum is quite easy; What is not so easy is getting the really high combos to unlock the higher difficulty paths. And then you have the combat itself, you have your normal bullets that shoot towards wherever you point (with multiple upgrades and specials) and your very useful area of effect close range attack. This attack can be used repeatedly and recharges quite fast but is absolutely needed throughout the entire game; It destroys bullets (something your regular shot does not do) and of course does significant damage to all ships in range.
