Description:
Concurrence is a cinematic platform game. Unlike other platformers, this game focuses on realisitic movements, puzzles, and a dense atmosphere. This version was done for the april 2011 Monthly Adventure Game Studio Competition (MAGS) and does not feature the full game, it‘s more of a demo. The finished version is slated to follow sometime latter this year.

Opinion:
A terrific but very short "demo" of the finished product, that has got me waiting with bated breath for the full release. Basically it is cinematic platformer very similar to Another World with the addition of some adventure item collection and use. But there is one major improvement Concurrence has over Another World, and that is if(when) you die you respawn instantly, making the game far less frustrating; Also I believe that the controls are more precise, if only a little.

Any fan of Another World should feel right at home with this game, but if you have never gotten around to beating Another World the controls will seems extremely unwieldy (which is not something I consider a downside, just something you have to get used to).
